What is the best treatment of acne, if it only after removing the hair on my face now appears I have 22 am and never before have acne?

This could be an infected hair folliculitis. Impetigo appears alone, without reference to an irritation of the skin and is looking forward to the sadness, the crusty surface, so it is not likely impetigo. You may experience WebMd.com and type of folliculitis and see if your symptoms are consistent and follow the tips listed there. This is probably not acne.
